Primary Purpose of Position

The Department of Built Environment invites applications for Part-Time Instructors for Spring 2026. Part-Time Instructors are temporary employees, hired on a semester‑by‑semester basis to teach courses for the Geomatics program.

Responsibilities

Teach face‑to‑face and/or online introductory and advanced level courses for the Geomatics program. Additional duties include academic advising, student organization support, and participation in program development and assessment. Maintain cooperation with faculty and staff in the department and the university.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Professional experience in Geomatics or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for residential design and designing subdivisions.
• Experience using GNSS equipment and basic geodetic techniques.

Required License or Certification

Professional licensure is preferred.
