Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Anesthesia Certifications required: Cer.A.T.T, or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) or ABA Certified.
• Copy of transcript conferring required degree and certifications must accompany application.
