Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking a part-time consultant/facilitator to deliver reading and mathematics workshops to teachers and parents in collaboration with school districts. The role requires presenting to diverse groups, editing existing content, and developing new content aligned with current educational trends, policies, and Title I considerations.

Applicants should have liability insurance, presentation experience, and a teaching certificate.

Qualifications

• Liability Insurance required
• Presentation experience required
• Coaching experience preferred
• Active and valid teaching certificate preferred
• Specialization in Reading and Math content
• Experience with Title I students is a plus
• Flexibility with workshop scheduling and delivery (webinars, coaching, workshops)
• Computer and technology proficiency required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Work location typically in school buildings; may need to go up and down stairs
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms
• Hand dexterity for typing and data entry

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver already-developed workshop content and create new content as needed.
• Deliver professional development and parent workshops to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with program managers, school personnel and parents to schedule sessions.
• Present to small and large groups; engage audience and manage activities.
