Job summary

San Juan Unified School District is seeking an Instructional Assistant II for Greer site (6 hours/day, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:30 PM). The role is a permanent part-time position with a 6-hour work day and a 206-day calendar, offering a salary range of $19.51–$24.47 per hour plus a 5% hard-to-staff stipend.

Qualified applicants should have CBEST or proficiency test results, and may need to provide official transcripts or an AA degree for certain sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with mild/moderate disabilities in resource or special day classes.
• Willingness to obtain a California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire.
• Specialized testing or college coursework may be requested for non-title sites.

Responsibilities

• Run small groups to support individualized instruction.
• Assist students in large groups and in General Education settings.
