Job summary

Qualifications

• IA II must support mild/moderate programs for students served in appropriate settings.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire.
• Passing the IA Proficiency Test or CBEST is required, regardless of education background.

Responsibilities

• Run small groups and assist students in large groups in both Special Day Class settings and General Education.
• Support the teacher's needs to facilitate instruction and classroom management.
• Follow the district requirements and calendars for instructional support duties.
