Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher in education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and activities.
• Facilitate small group instruction and provide one-on-one support.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on performance and behaviour.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in implementing IEPs for students with special needs.
• Support classroom management and enforce school rules and policies.
• Supervise students during activities and field trips.
• Assist with grading, records, and organizing classroom materials.
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff to foster collaboration.
• Participate in professional development to enhance instructional skills.
• Support students in alternate learning settings.
