Position Overview

Liberty Local Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructional Assistant to support our educators and enhance our students' learning experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to assist in the delivery of instruction, facilitate student engagement, and support individual and group learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
• Facilitate small group instruction and provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding student performance and behaviour.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Support classroom management by helping to enforce school rules and policies.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as grading assignments, maintaining records, and organising classroom materials.

Qualifications
