Job summary

Diocese of Joliet is seeking an Instructional Assistant at All Saints Catholic Academy in Naperville, IL. The role supports licensed staff, reinforces core subjects, and helps implement ISP/IEP objectives with students in a Catholic school setting.

The position is part-time with no benefits; duties include supervision, field trips, and assisting with At-Home Learning through Seesaw and Google Classroom. Prior licensing and education degrees are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Illinois teaching license or substitute/para license preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred but not required.
• Experience with young children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff to meet instructional goals and objectives.
• Reinforce reading, language arts, religion, mathematics, and computer instruction.
• Supervise students individually or in small groups as directed.
• Assist with record-keeping and assessment documentation.
• Support At-Home Learning lessons via Seesaw/Google Classroom.
• Ensure safety, behavior management, and orderly classrooms.
