Job summary

GetWireless, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a part-time, on-site role in Provo, Utah. The position focuses on processing customer orders, assisting with phone orders, and completing shipment-related tasks in a casual, supportive environment.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 1pm. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with no telemarketing involved. You will interact with customers, answer product questions, and help keep order statuses up to date.

Qualifications

• Prefer typing speed of at least 45 wpm
• Familiarity with Windows operating system

Responsibilities

• Enter and release customer orders for shipment.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or answering product questions.
• Assist in keeping customers up to date regarding their order status.
• Assist in the packaging and shipping of customer orders.
• Work on additional projects as needed.
