Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient team. This role provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN or LPN supervision, supporting the unit’s smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• If working in North Dakota, must be on the ND Nurse Aide Registry after training/competency validation or within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating while supporting emotional and spiritual needs.
• Record vital statistics, blood glucose levels, and other basic health information.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
• Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare.
• Prepare and clean patient treatment areas, living areas, and medical equipment.
• Dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with standards and policy.
