Job summary

Sanford Health’s Marsh Med Ctr Weston in Weston, WI seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision during weekend shifts. The role includes basic daily living activities, vital signs, and enabling comfort.

Requires high school diploma or GED; CNA preferred; WI Nurse Aide Registry eligibility or student nurse with 16 hours clinical. Full-time, 36 hours weekly, weekend night schedule, $18–$24 per hour with a potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• ND: on ND Nurse Aide Registry within 4 months of employment.
• WI: on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry or be a student nurse with 16 hours clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN/LPN supervision.
• Administer delegated tasks and treatments and record vital statistics.
• Collect non-invasive specimens and perform related scheduling tasks.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment and maintain clean patient spaces.
• Provide one-on-one patient care when necessary for safety.
