DORN Companies is seeking a Part-Time Injury Prevention Specialist in Lexington, KY to perform ergonomic assessments, coach employees on body mechanics, and provide on-site deep tissue therapy. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible 4 hours per week and immediate start.

Ideal candidates have LAT/ATC licensure or equivalent with 2–4 years of experience in industrial settings, strong communication, and a proven ability to work independently while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Educational credentials in a relevant field (Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s).
• 2–4 years of injury prevention or related hands-on therapy experience.
• Strong body mechanics coaching and ergonomic intervention background.
• Proficiency with reporting and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic assessments and educate employees on proper body mechanics.
• Deliver hands-on deep tissue therapy to enhance performance and safety.
• Collaborate with site management to implement injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain detailed client records using DORN systems.
• Gather feedback via employee surveys and report monthly to clients.
