Qualifications

• State licensure or credentials in athletic training, PT, OT, OTA, PTA, or LMT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and detailed reporting.
• Active professional liability insurance required.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Body mechanics coaching: guide proper form and self-care to prevent injuries.
• Risk assessment & solutions: work with site teams to identify risks and plan prevention.
• Hands-on therapy: provide deep tissue therapy to improve performance and well-being.
• Documentation: keep detailed records using DORN systems.
• Employee surveys: collect feedback on services delivered.
• Reporting: communicate findings weekly and monthly to clients and management.
