Metro Infusion Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to supervise and administer infusion therapy at our Bloomington, IL and Peoria, IL clinics. The role requires 24 hours across 3 days per week, with travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities include placing peripheral lines, reviewing labs, e-prescribing, patient communication, and EMR documentation. IL RN license and infusion experience are required; chemo experience preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN license is required.
• At least 2 years RN office practice experience is preferred.
• Infusion experience is required.
• Chemo experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Place peripheral lines for new patients and teach self-administration; document in EMR.
• Review daily lab results and communicate with physicians/patients.
• E-prescribe medications per doctor orders and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Answer calls and manage patient scheduling and EMR documentation.
• Assist in QA and education activities and follow standards and laws.

Connaissances
