Job summary

LUX Infusion in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead Ambulatory Infusion Center care, delivering high-quality specialty infusion therapy in a patient-centered, team-based setting. The role emphasizes clinical leadership and direct patient care in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Active, unrestricted NP license in state of practice.
• DEA registration, state-controlled substance license, and NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized infusion treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, interpret labs, and manage infusion therapies within scope of practice.
• Provide direct patient care, including infusion oversight and clinical decision-making.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapies, safety, and expectations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Monitor medication and supply inventory to support safe and efficient clinical operations.
• Collaborate with referring providers, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative partners.
• Lead quality assurance activities, accreditation readiness, and process improvement initiatives.
