Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time role (approx 8 hours/week) is in-person in North Scottsdale, AZ and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations during launch.

The ideal candidate has an Arizona NP license, at least 2 years in outpatient or infusion care, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence based standards, and organizational policies.
• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation.
• Ensure clinical quality & compliance through chart auditing and Letters of Medical Necessity.
