Job summary

Metro Infusion Center seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner for supervision and administration of infusion therapy on a part-time basis at Tigard and Gresham, OR. The role involves 3 days per week (24 hours) across both clinics, with flexible days and a casual, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• APRN license required.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• Chemotherapy experience preferred.
• Vaccinations up to date for immunocompromised patients.

Responsibilities

• Place and maintain IV catheters for infusion therapy.
• Prepare medications for IV administration.
• Administer IV therapy and manage pump alarms.
• Document infusion in EMR.
• Address patient questions within scope of practice.
• Use nursing judgment to prioritize patient care.
• Monitor safety of environment and equipment.
• Cover clinics as needed per Manager.
• Adhere to Standards of Nursing Practice and MIDC policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
