Job summary

Gan Ami Early Childhood Education, part of the Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC, is seeking a Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our Mequon campus. The role supports children ages 6 weeks through 12 months with afternoon hours, Monday–Friday, 3pm–6pm, in a warm, nurturing environment.

You'll collaborate with a caring team to promote safety, developmentally appropriate activities, and compliance with licensing standards, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive program.

Qualifications

• Genuine love and respect for children and families.
• Willingness to be flexible and be a part of a learning community.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, warm, nurturing environment for children.
• Ensure children are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Support program development and compliance with licensing standards.
• Assist with supervision and implementation of the program per policies.
