Job summary

The Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC invites passionate educators to join our team as a full-time Infant Teacher at Gan Ami Early Childhood Education in Mequon. This role works with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months, Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm.

A successful candidate will have 1–2 years of ECE experience, be able to obtain First Aid and CPR, and demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork while upholding the JCC’s mission and inclusive values.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
• Experience with infants in a group setting.
• 7+ on the Wisconsin Registry for Early Childhood.
• Strong interpersonal skills within a classroom or school environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of different approaches in ECE and child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, individualized learning environment for infants.
• Support licensing standards and program compliance.
• Participate in program development and supervision.
• Collaborate with staff to implement classroom activities.
