Job summary

The Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC invites passionate educators to join as a full-time Infant Teacher at Gan Ami Early Childhood Education campus in Mequon. This role serves children aged 6 weeks to 12 months, with hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Genuine love and respect for children and families
• Willingness to be flexible and be part of a learning community
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications
• 1-2 years of experience in an Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Experience with infants in a group setting
• 7+ on the Wisconsin Registry for Early Childhood
• Strong interpersonal skills within a classroom or school environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of different approaches in ECE and child development

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, warm, individualized learning environment for infants.
• Assist with program development, licensing compliance, and supervision of the program.
• Promote the JCC's mission and collaborate with staff to implement policies and philosophy.
