Qualifications

• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation duties as assigned.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Use technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct lengthy foot patrols and monitor cameras.
• Access control duties and site-specific tasks.
