Job summary

South Suburban Park and Recreation District is seeking an energetic Indoor Cycling Instructor for a part-time role at Lone Tree Recreation Center, with classes starting at 9:00 a.m. on Mondays. You will design, lead and coach engaging, safe cycling sessions for participants of all fitness levels.

Applicants should hold a current Group Fitness Certification or Indoor Cycling cert, CPR/AED, and have coaching experience. First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Group Fitness Certification or Indoor Cycling certification.
• Strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition and wellness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with participants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and lead safe, effective indoor cycling classes.
• Engage participants of various fitness levels and promote wellness.
• Maintain certifications and contribute to a positive class experience.
