The finance department is responsible for managing the company's overall finances and supporting the other departments including, but not limited to, procuring and vendor payment, tracking cash flow, expenditure, investments, financial planning and analyzing business trends. The finance department decides how much funds are needed and when, how best to use the available funds
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Contractor to provide essential accounting and financial administrative support to the Finance Department. This individual will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow tracking, account reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and payroll support.
The ideal contractor will possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial data management, and the ability to manage multiple accounting priorities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
The Accounting Contractor will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure timely processing of financial transactions, accurate record keeping, and the overall efficiency of the Finance Department.
This Scope of Work outlines the anticipated services and expectations of the engagement. Final terms, including contract duration, invoicing procedures, payment schedule, confidentiality, and termination provisions, will be established in the independent contractor agreement.
