Responsibilities include demonstrating proper technique, providing modifications, and building connections with members throughout the YMCA environment.

Qualifications

• Lead safe, effective, engaging, inclusive group exercise classes.
• Provide clear verbal and visual instruction with modifications as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of exercise science and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, engaging, and inclusive group exercise classes in accordance with YMCA standards.
• Deliver classes for varying ages, abilities, and experience with modifications.
• Provide clear instructions and proper technique demonstrations.
• Arrive prepared with music, equipment, and materials and manage class timing.
• Create welcoming environment where participants feel seen and connected to YMCA.
