Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Part-time Yoga Instructor to lead inclusive classes that promote mindfulness, mobility, balance, and stress reduction.

You will demonstrate safe technique, provide modifications, and support participants of varied ages and fitness levels within a YMCA-adjacent program. Responsibilities include preparing for classes, engaging with members to enhance retention, and ensuring safety and proper equipment use.

Qualifications

• RYT-200 certification (or equivalent) required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and inclusive group yoga classes for diverse ages and abilities.
• Provide clear guidance, demonstrations, and modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels.
• Maintain alignment, breathing, mindful movement, and participant safety during every class.
• Arrive prepared with music, equipment, and materials and start/finish on schedule.
• Create welcoming environment and foster YMCA community and member connections.
• Address member questions about programs and services within scope of practice.
