Job summary

Lincoln Public Schools is seeking an Inclusion Preschool Support Paraprofessional for the Hanscom Campus for the 2025-2026 school year. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to noon, with benefits eligibility through Middlesex County Retirement System.

Under supervision of a classroom teacher, you will provide direct services to students in an inclusion setting, support groups, assist with IEP-based modifications, and monitor progress and behavior as part of a collaborative

Qualifications

• Supports students in inclusion classrooms under supervision.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and adapt instruction per IEP.
• Monitors progress and communicates data to the teacher.

Responsibilities

• Assists students in small and large group times to engage in educational and social activities.
• Leads class and/or small groups in activities.
• Provides direct support per IEPs and modifies instruction as directed by teacher.
• Monitors progress, records data, and reports to teacher.
• Assists students with activities of daily living and prepares instructional materials.
• Promotes appropriate social interaction and behavior support per behavior plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
