A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Inbound Dockworker to join our team in Williston, VT.

The role involves safely transferring freight on and off trailers and verifying related documentation in both electronic and manual systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay at $22.75 per hour, with raises to $23.75 after 12 months, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including vacation, PTO, holidays, and insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Use document management system to track and monitor freight locations within the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.
