Job summary

Dollar Tree in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly service, assist customers, and process transactions at the register.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment; restock bathrooms and sweep/mop floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
