Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support Nabisco brand visibility in Commack, NY. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, and build relationships with store staff during regular visits.

You will capture store photos, execute seasonal promotions, and follow plans agreed with store managers while adhering to the merchandising steps. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus; live within 25 miles of Commack, NY.
• Schedule availability: Tue, Thu, Fri & Sun.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Collaborate with sales rep to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Perform in-store visits following DSD merchandising steps.
• Capture photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to daily schedule set by merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
