Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to drive sales through live events and product sampling at Costco in Waterbury, CT. You will engage customers in a friendly, energetic manner and support store management as needed.

The role requires 2-3 shifts per week (including weekends), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to stand for extended periods. Training is provided, and transportation to the site is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Must have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and manage live events and product sampling to drive sales.
