Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and present them professionally. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples while maintaining a clean workstation and professional appearance.

The role emphasizes proactive consumer engagement and accurate reporting, with up to 25 hours weekly in a retail setting. Applicants should have a High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and PDF viewing.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet and navigate company systems (Outlook, Word, PDF).
