ScanScape Retail is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores to scan barcodes and collect data 52 weeks a year, across grocery, convenience, drug, and mass retailers. The role offers flexible hours (2-6 hours per week per store, plus extra project work).

You will use a mobile app to log scans and contribute to improving retailer performance. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be comfortable standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• In-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store. You will report the quantity for about 45% of the products scanned.
