Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates for a Whitehall, MT role. You will visit local stores weekly to scan barcodes, using a mobile app, and contribute to data used to improve product performance. The position offers flexible hours, paid travel, and opportunities for 401(k) benefits.

Expect 4–9 hours per week across multiple store types, with independence and a schedule that fits personal needs. Applicants must be 18+, own a reliable vehicle, and have Wi-Fi access.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores each week to scan product barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes throughout the store.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products weekly.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours in some weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
