Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a part-time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator in Lexington, KY. The role involves in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education within a designated territory, with travel across assignments and a focus on building strong patient relationships.

Earn$125 per completed delivery, with opportunities to affect patient outcomes and access, while using the company’s software and documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of technology including scheduling, travel, and documentation applications.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while meeting role expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and review device options and costs.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations, take patient measurements, and instruct on device use.
• Ensure correct device fit and educate patients on compression therapy and usage protocols.
• Explain patient rental agreements and financial responsibilities; provide clear verbal instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order completion and documentation; follow HIPAA and other regulations.
