Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative in Charleston, SC. You will engage customers in their homes or at locations, deliver interactive sales opportunities, and help resolve tech issues while promoting a range of Asurion products.

The role combines sales, customer service, and basic tech support with paid training and performance-based commissions. Evening hours and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a sales environment with targets.
• Able to work a varied 5-day week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Own a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and car insurance.
• Able to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Must be comfortable around household pets.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at customer locations; pre-scheduled by Asurion and aimed at meeting sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the interaction and prioritize the customer.
• Address and resolve customers’ tech issues and ensure a usable resolution.
• Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions and identify customer needs.
