Asurion is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative for a part-time role in the Philadelphia area. You will travel to customer residences and support sales with a Serve, Solve, Sell approach after paid training.

The position is entry-level, emphasizing customer interaction, product knowledge, and flexible afternoon/evening hours. Mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and commissions supplement the $24.90 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Personal vehicle required (excluding motorcycles).
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
• Willingness to travel to customer residences within ~120 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-home using the Serve, Solve, Sell approach.
• Complete paid training to work independently in the field.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions; meet sales targets.
• Leverage product knowledge to address tech issues and present tailored solutions.
