Job summary

Asurion is hiring for an In-Home Sales & Tech Support role. This entry-level, part-time position runs 5 evenings per week (4:05pm–9:00pm) with paid training and a base pay of $23.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and sales commissions.

You will engage customers in-home or at customer sites, deliver service, and sell solutions using the Serve, Solve, Sell approach. You’ll gain hands-on sales experience, learn product details, and receive ongoing coaching to stay confident

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of valid car insurance.
• Own a personal vehicle (no motorcycles).
• Comfortable in a sales environment with targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home or at a location pre-scheduled by Asurion.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction while aiming to meet sales targets.
• Learn products and apply the Serve, Solve, Sell approach with coaching and mentoring.
