Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Missouri is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Part-time openings are available in Liberty, Karney, and Gladstone, MO, and require at least one year of verifiable experience with IDD.

You will assist with daily living tasks, support during community activities, and benefit from BAYADA's 24/7 on-call clinical manager support, paid time off, and ongoing scholarship

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have IDD.

Responsibilities

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home/community.
• Must be able to provide transportation for client during community activities.
