Easterseals PORT Health in Roanoke Rapids, NC seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home and community-based support on a part-time, on-site schedule. Travel within the local community is required to meet the needs of consumers and help them build independence, with accurate documentation in our health record system.

You will join the Individual and Community Services team, supporting people of different ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and insurance required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dependability are required.

Responsabilités
