Qualifications

• Valid NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Support the consumer with personal care needs and companionship.
• Document daily activities and goals in an electronic format.
• Coordinate with the family of the consumer to work on goals that promote independence, socialization and overall personal development.
