Job summary

Tailored Support Services Llc is seeking a compassionate Community Support Staff member to provide personalized care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autistic adults, in community-based and in-home settings. The role is part-time (3.5 hours weekly) with Wednesday shifts from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

• Encourage and support individuals in developing independence with daily routines and life skills
• Provide guidance and supervision during in-home and community-based activities
• Observe and report changes in behavior, progress, or well-being to the team
• Promote community engagement, socialization, and participation in meaningful activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support to build confidence and self-advocacy
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all services
• Assist individuals with mobility or transfers using approved techniques or devices
• Accurately document services provided, progress and observations in line with guidelines
• Transport individuals from their homes to community locations to support independence
