Job summary

Caring Companions, LLC is hiring Part Time CNAs and HHAs to serve Southern Connecticut clients, including Shelton, Ansonia, Seymour, Trumbull, Milford, Hamden, New Haven, and nearby towns. Candidates should have ADL experience and be able to support customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in CT or HHA.
• 2 years hands-on professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well‑being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well‑being of clients.
