Job summary

Caring Companions, LLC in Shelton, CT is hiring part-time CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Southern Connecticut. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and companionship, with a three-hour minimum per shift and a $17–$19/hour pay rate.

Qualifications include CT CNA or HHA certification and at least two years of hands-on care, strong communication, and reliable transportation; background checks required; shifts include weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
