Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare in Dayton, OH. You’ll schedule your own hours and deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills and reliability; training is available. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation helps.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain safety and respect for client dignity and confidentiality.
• Be free from health problems that could endanger clients or coworkers.
• Submit proof of a 2-step TB test to Human Resources.
• Possess reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN; encourage client independence.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders, homemaking, respite care.
• Perform routine light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and accompany to appointments.
• Report incidents or changes in client conditions promptly to the RN.
