Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Salem, Oregon is looking for a compassionate female caregiver for part-time hands-on assistance in clients’ homes. CNAs and HCAs with at least two years of professional caregiver experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include ADLs and IADLs per each client’s plan, reliable transportation, and passing a background/fingerprint check. We offer flexible scheduling and benefits such as health, dental, life and vision.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with at least two years of professional experience, highly preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
• Must be reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): Bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, feeding.
• Assisting with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): Shopping, housekeeping, medication management, meal preparation.
• Following each client's Care Plan.
