Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Portland, OR is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers to join our in-home care team. We value reliability, empathy, and the ability to help clients stay comfortable and independent at home.

We welcome CNAs and HCAs with at least two years of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Training is provided if needed, and we offer flexible part-time scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of caregiver professional experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
• Clear communication with seniors and families.
• Must be reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, feeding).
• Assist with IADLs (shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management).
• Follow each client's Care Plan and ensure safety.
• Provide compassionate in-home caregiving to clients in their own homes.
