Independence Home Health LLC in Franklin, Indiana is seeking a dependable Caregiver to join our team. We provide in-home care to help clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Training and orientation are provided, and prior caregiving is preferred but not required.

A compassionate, patient approach and reliable transportation are necessary to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to pass required background screenings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.

• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Complete required caregiving documentation.
• Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the office.
