Job summary

Home Helpers is seeking caring, reliable in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care for clients in Indiana. You will follow individual care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate with clients' families and the Home Helpers team.

Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and maintain a professional,

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for caring for those in need.
• Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have compassion for clients, including seniors and/or those with disabilities.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Must be able to follow and complete tasks within a given time period.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must be self-motivated with a professional, pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Have a smartphone and email account.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willing to take a TB test.

Responsibilities
