Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Everett, WA is seeking a compassionate CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide in-home support for a local client. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and transportation.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule (12:00 PM–4:00 PM). Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required. Competitive pay $21.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Washington CNA or HCA credential as applicable.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to follow established care plans and work independently.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Safely transport the client to appointments, errands and activities.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Engage client with companionship and meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior to family and care team.
