Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate CNA/HCA/Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bothell, WA. The role focuses on maintaining the client’s comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

The position offers a flexible part-time daytime schedule (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with potential additional shifts. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment, with benefits including health insurance and retirement

Qualifications

• Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.
